Shipping Policy for customers in USA
Turnaround
All orders are shipped the same day if you placed the order before 3pm Central Time..or next business day Monday - Friday. If you place an order after 3pm on Friday, chances are it will be shipped out on Monday. Same thing applies for orders placed on Saturday/Sunday. The order will be dropped off at our shipping location by 4pm and will be delivered in 2-5 business days.
We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address. If you put the wrong shipping address and your order is shipped to that address, we will not process a refund or an exchange. Please understand we can not be responsible for these kinds of issues.
Carriers
Currently we only sending orders through USPS and UPS Ground.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are always provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated once shipped.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is calculated before you checkout. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
